Cancellation Policy
## Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Aesthetics by AM, appointments are reserved specifically for you. Because appointment times are limited and late cancellations are often difficult to fill, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your plans change.
**Cancellations & Rescheduling**
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when at least **48 hours' notice** is provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment** may be charged **30% of the scheduled service**.
Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the appointment or on the same day** may be charged **50% of the scheduled service**.
**No-Shows**
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and have not contacted Aesthetics by AM may be charged **100% of the scheduled service**.
Future appointments may require a non-refundable booking deposit following a no-show or repeated late cancellations.
**Late Arrivals**
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than **10 minutes late** may have their treatment shortened or may need to reschedule in order to avoid delaying the appointments scheduled afterward.
If there is not enough time to safely and appropriately perform the scheduled treatment, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may be charged.
**Booking Deposits**
Certain services may require a booking deposit. When required, the deposit will be applied toward the balance of your treatment at your scheduled appointment.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when changes are made within the required cancellation window. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
**Emergencies & Illness**
We understand that unexpected situations occur. Illness, emergencies, severe weather, and other exceptional circumstances will be considered individually at the discretion of Aesthetics by AM.
**By booking an appointment with Aesthetics by AM, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and appointment policy and authorize applicable fees to be charged to the payment method on file.**
